Brandon Smith

Brandon Smith is the founding partner at Smith & Smith Law Group, PLLC and a civil trial attorney that enjoys the fight and client advocacy.  Brandon earned his law degree in 2010 from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (now known as Texas A&M School of Law). Prior to starting Smith & Smith, Brandon oversaw the litigation department for the Patel Law Group, PLLC. Brandon’s practice focuses on shareholder/partnership divorces/disputes, complex civil/business litigation, highly contested family cases, multi-faceted real estate and contract disputes, and consumer protection advocacy.

 

Brandon is admitted to practice in the State of Texas and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and was named a “Rising Star,” for 2020 and 2021 by Texas Super Lawyers, a publication of Thomson Reuters. Brandon is a member of the Tarrant County Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association, American Bar Association and El Paso Bar Association.
